SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

  • For shipping within India, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of placing the order.
  • During sale events, it may take upto 2-5 Business days to dispatch your order due to high volume of orders.
  • For international orders, it may take upto 7-10 business days to dispatch your order.

 

 Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Cancellation before shipping 

If you want to cancel the order or item that have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on Info@nynm.in

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after cancellation. Please note that only the paid amount will be refunded. Any reward points redeemed cannot be recredited.

  • Cancellation after shipping 

If you want to cancel the order or item that have been shipped, you can write to our customer support team on Info@nynm.in

In such cases, the order will be cancelled once we receive the shipment back in our warehouse & the amount will be refunded once the product is verified by the team.

  • For payments done through Debit/Credit cards/Net banking or Paypal, the refund will be processed to the same a/c from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hrs after receiving the products back. Please note that only the paid amount will be refunded. Any reward points redeemed cannot be recredited.
  • For COD order, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount. Please send your bank details with your order number on Info@nynm.in. We will process the refund 24-48 business hrs after receiving the products back in our warehouse. Please note that any reward points redeemed cannot be recredited.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded

 

Returns and Refunds

You can raise a return request for product within 5 days of receiving the package. 

  • Contact our customer support team via email with your order number (Info@nynm.in) within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • The products will be picked our courier partner within 2-4 business days. Return shipping charges of Rs 100 will be applicable for any return request by the customer. The refund will be initiated once the product is verified by the team.
  • Customers should retain the original packaging and send the returns in the similar packaging unless the package is damaged before delivery.
  • In case of refund, only the paid amount will be refunded. Reward points redeemed cannot be recredited. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Products purchased during sale cannot be returned. (T.C*)

 Items which cannot be returned/exchanged

  • Used or altered products
  • Broken Seal
  • Products that get damaged after delivery.
  • If request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery
  • Products purchased during Sale (T.C*)
  • Products under the category of Hair accessories and electrical tools (eg. Heat caps, hairbrushes, bonnets, electrical styling tools etc)

 If wrong or damaged product was delivered

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in a rare case if your product is damaged during transit or if you have received wrong product in your order, you can share the picture of the product received and the share the picture on info@nynm.in for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

  • Contact our customer support team via email (Info@nynm.in) within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide your order no. with reason for return or replacement. Kindly share an image of the product.
  • We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days after we have communicated. We will initiate the replacement or refund once the product will be verified by the team.

 

Non-Delivery of Products

If your product does not get delivered in accordance with the SMS/Email updates received from courier partners, you need to raise a complaint with NYNM by writing to Info@nynm.in within 48 hours of receiving the delivery SMS/Email. We do not guarantee the resolution of non-delivery complaints, raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery message from courier company.

 International orders

  • COD option is not applicable on International orders.
  • Exchange or Return option is not applicable on International orders.
  • Order placed once can’t be cancelled.
  • Custom duties & taxes will be borne by the receiving party depending on their countries government regulations.
