This is a real favorite of mine. I have 3A - 3B hair and this detangles amazingly. It’s smells kind of citrusy and refreshing but at the same time not too overpowering. I keep changing up my leave in’s every time a bottle finishes though. I switch to another brand. It’s important to keep changing hair products including shampoo every once in a while as no brand or product I’ve used works continuously well for a long period of time. When this happens a lot of times people think it’s something wrong with the product or the quality is not the same anymore. That’s not true. I’d say this applies to any product out there. I like to rotate between Cachos Brazil Leave in , Bounce curl shampoo and conditioner and this product when it comes to a leave in. I’d say the Shea moisture castor oil shampoo and the Vilvah anti-dandruff shampoo works amazing as well.
It's got great slip, leaves my hair feeling light rather than weighing it down and keeps my hair hydrated well past day 2.
The product is slightly runny and it works wonderfully on my very fine low porosity hair. It’s light and moisturising and gives me nice soft curls. The smell is mild and refreshing. I live in a humid place and this doesn’t react badly to that. Would definitely recommend this if you have fine hair. Not entirely sure if it’ll have the same effect on thicker hair or you may need to use a lot of product. I don’t use any styling or setting products because I’m lazy, so this works great on its own.
4stars only because the packaging isn’t great. It’s a flimsy plastic jar and you have to take the product out with your hands and it’s messy because it’s runny. I transferred it to an old pump bottle I had. The product website says it’ll come in glass jars so I’m assuming this is the old packaging and newer ones may be better?
I am already out of this amazing bottle of goodness and I miss it so much. Hope it gets restocked soon 😊
First of all, I cannot get over how beautiful the jar looks! I’ll not throw the jar away when it’s done. Secondly, it smells heavenly! It’s very watery which is great because it won’t weigh down the hair. A little goes a long way when used on wet hair. Use it with a custard, and as the jar says, let the compliments pour in!
